Lead Preschool Teacher

<p>Must have a completed CDA or Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or other approved degree and be able to show transcripts. Pay is based on experience and education level. Must have experience, the ability to maintain a classroom of 14 preschoolers&nbsp; (with a partner) and still come out smiling! Duties include lesson planning, lesson prepping, cleaning, organizing, communicating and willingness to be flexible and go with the flow when necessary while keeping in mind the safety and well-being of children. Must be able to follow directions, classroom ratios and other state regulations while being chipper, discreet and playful. You must be able to be on the floor with the children, must be able to sit in child-sized chairs at mealtimes and be flexible enough to move about the classroom - up, down, across and over!
