<p>Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.<br /> <br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> Flexible schedule with FT and PT positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Weekend are available, along with overtime<br /> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $ 11.25 - $14.00<br /> <br /> <strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client&rsquo;s quality of life by providing loving and caring relationships</li> <li>Report any significant changes in a client&rsquo;s needs or living conditions</li> <li>Provide companionship and conversation</li> <li>Provide stabilization and assisting with walking and transfers</li> <li>Meal preparation and clean up</li> <li>Medication reminders and monitoring</li> <li>Perform light housekeeping duties (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, etc)</li> <li>Washing and ironing laundry</li> <li>Running errands</li> <li>Accompany to appointments, assist with setting up appointment reminders</li> <li>Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinent care</li> <li>Performing other duties as assigned</li> <li>Reporting your hours according to the office policy</li> <li>Regularly communicating with the Client Care Coordinators and the office staff</li> </ul> <br /> <strong>Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age</li> <li>Must have a valid Driver&#39;s License and Auto Insurance</li> <li>Must be able to pass a Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Pre-employment Drug Screen</li> </ul> <p><br /> *<strong>No prior experience needed</strong></p>
