This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating the sales process, and ensuring seamless lead transition to the Sales team. The primary goal is to connect with prospects, comprehend their needs, and qualify them as valuable customers for our cutting-edge IT products and services. Spearhead the identification and cultivation of B2B clients within the IT industry, curating a comprehensive database of leads. Employ a multi-faceted approach including targeted cold calls, strategic emails, and leveraging social media platforms to initiate meaningful connections and qualify potential clients. Conduct extensive market research to pinpoint emerging trends, customer pain points, and tailor solutions to address specific IT challenges. Schedule and coordinate impactful meetings and product demos with qualified leads to propel the sales cycle forward. Maintain meticulous records within CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights to refine sales strategies. Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to streamline lead management processes. Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion, contributing to the company''s growth trajectory within the IT domain. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in IT sales development or similar B2B sales roles. Showcase expertise in B2B lead generation methodologies and adeptness in navigating the intricacies of IT sales landscapes. Proficiency in leveraging outbound prospecting techniques and deploying strategic B2B sales methodologies tailored to the IT sector. Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or analogous platforms, adept at harnessing technology to drive sales efficiency. Exceptional communication prowess, both verbal and written, complemented by active listening skills and a charismatic phone demeanor. Demonstrate a proactive approach to lead generation, showcasing self-motivation, and an innate drive to exceed performance benchmarks. Exhibit unwavering integrity and a steadfast commitment to organizational success, embodying the ethos of a high-performing sales professional. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: At least 2+ years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative or Outbound Sales. Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments. Experience in the Australian market is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
