<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>HL7 Business Analyst</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Pittsburgh, PA</p> <p><strong>Duration: </strong>12+ Months</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Healthcare Payer experience required; specific experience in Patient Access Rule, Provider Directory, Eligibility Reporting Solutions</li> <li>5 plus years of business analyst experience or in a similar role.</li> <li>Experience in business analysis with a focus on managing business and technical requirements.</li> <li>Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies (Jira a plus).</li> <li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).</li> <li>SQL/Database expertise.</li> <li>Ability to analyze the complex business process.</li> <li>Analytical problem-solving approach.</li> <li>Ability to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information.</li> <li>Understand the technology, data management, information flow, and data governance issues.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of interoperability standards - HL7, FHIR, CDA-based message formats (CCD, CCDA), IHE profiles (XDS.b, XCA, PIX/PDQ).</li> <li>Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR, Lab, and PACS applications preferred.</li> </ul>
