Skills and Experience: Reliability, assertiveness and enthusiastic to technical writing scope of work Extensive research abilities Good reading and writing skills Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment Familiarity in technical writing tools such as Node.js, Git, Gatsby, AWS Code Pipeline, Github repo, Confluence, Gliffy, Swagger and Microsoft tools Basic understanding in Technical Writing and best practices API Documentation via Node.js User Guide/Manual Familiarity in Agile Development Process Roles and Responsibilities: Research and Analysis Review user stories and requirements to explore, create and document solutions in a concise, readable format Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, diagrams, and other visual aids to assist internal clients / partners in understanding the product or a process Research system capabilities and interview team members to identify the best solutions and other lower-level details required Documentation and Change Management Plan, create and modify documents, including but not limited to Product/Business requirements, API Integration documents, Release/Deployment documents, and User Guides. These documents shall serve as the source of truth to all readers Responsible for building and maintaining the external API Documentation (incl. branch management, accessibility and version management) without supervision Identify changes and update relevant documents / solutions Communicate changes in a timely manner with the scrum team Team Coordination Consult Tech Lead, Product Manager, QA Engineer, and other subject matter experts to review, modify, or give input to builds that may have an impact outside the product team Facilitates project scrum activities Generates estimates; develops, monitors, and adjusts project scope/plans accordingly; defines measures and evaluates project efficiency and effectiveness based on instruction Requirements Experience: 1 - 3 Years experience in the related fields (Software engineering, technical writing, product owner, quality assurance) Benefits Remote-first organization Paid Time Off Annual Training Benefit HMO Performance Bonuses
