Provide high quality on-site technical support for customers including installation, troubleshooting, data movement, pre and post-sales technical consultation, and technical training. KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot, repair and/or follow up on local technical issues for medical devices. To provide local customers information on general enquiries on products with regards to repair & tech matters. Carry out on-time routine servicing with reference to maintenance schedule on all local products. Ensure timely calibration of service tools/equipment in accordance to calibration schedule. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Minimum1 year experience, preferably in medical devices and/or Aesthetics sector Experience of direct communication with medical product users such as BME, nurses, doctors This position may be available in the following location(s): PH - Taguig City Bausch Health Companies Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
