<p>Responsibilities will include:<br /> • Managing coordination of client services and emergency scheduling issues<br /> • Managing client caseload while proactively growing it.<br /> • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources and community organizations<br /> • Recruit field staff to provide services for clients<br /> • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team<br /> • Promote exemplary customer service to patients and patient families at all times.<br /> • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with office staff daily in regards to client cases and staffing.<br /> • Maintain scheduling by inputting/updating client and caregiver information via scheduling software system.<br /> • Contact and follow-up with caregivers regarding client assignments.<br /> • Document inquiries for service and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner<br /> Document any "client events" and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner<br /> • Office Administration-which includes answering phones, copying, filing, mailing, etc<br /> • Assist with organization and preparation of office projects<br /> • Needs to be available for the on-call schedule which is rotated among office staff which does include weekends and holidays. Qualifications and Mandatory Skill Set for this Position:<br /> • Minimum 3 years' prior health care, home care, or recruiting experience REQUIRED<br /> • Prior supervisory experience preferred<br /> • Prior staffing/scheduling experience REQUIRED<br /> • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)<br /> • Strong interpersonal, PC and Communication skills (phone marketing and data entry ability)<br /> • Needs to have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with frequent interruptions<br /> • Staffing and customer service experience with clients in the medical and/or home health care field REQUIRED.<br /> • Knowledge of the home care/elder care industry REQUIRED<br /> • Needs to have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Elkins Park office daily.</p> |
