Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Support Engineer at AvePoint. The Project Support Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to project support, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and utilizing analytical skills. This role is primarily located in Cebu, but offers flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Project Support and Technical Support skills Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in working with collaboration environments Bachelor''s degree in a related field is preferred
