Required Skill(s): Unified Communications, Logical thinking, Organize, Good with Analyzing report, Ability to Summarize and allocate data, Proactive, Team player, Great attention to details 2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation. Job Description: Daily reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Daily processing of funder repayments of all funding groups Refund request processes from all payers in line with the procedure. Process settlement payments and request funds from the funder. Ensure payments to Aggregators and maintenance fees are paid timely monthly. Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables. Prepare supplier payment run for approval on a regular basis. Assists the Senior Accountant in the month-end processing. Preparation of necessary reports required in the Accounts Payable and in Bank Reconciliation. Assist the payroll officer in processing the staff reimbursements submitted in his absence.
