The main responsibilities of a LODGEMENT OFFICER include: Collate all required documents from Brokers/Clients Proofread loan submissions and input data required to Loan Submission Portals Provide feedback to brokers on any concerns that needs to be addressed onset loan submission to avoid declinal/deferrals To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: Excellent File management Good in business correspondence (email) 9/10 English Verbal Comms Strong Attention to details No attendance Issues Dependable Deadline-Oriented Team Player Minimum Qualifications: Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and attention to details Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe College Graduate Has Background in handling ''financial'' campaigns Has handled Australian Broking firm (plus) Has exposures to CRM, Podium, Sales Force and Apply Online (plus) The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 & Half body picture with white background Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
