Why Join Us One of the leading airlines in the Philippines Get a chance to enjoy travel perks for you and your family A collaborative work culture and environment What''s The Role All About To support the long-term aircraft acquisition, financing, and leasing requirement of the Company by accessing debt, leasing and other alternatives to obtain timely and cost-effective financing and or leasing of aircraft and spare engine. Who Are We Looking For Bachelor''s degree in business administration or management with background in Accounting, Finance or Economics At least three (3) years'' work experience in Supply Chain, Treasury or Corporate Finance, or Project Management Must have a strong project management, interpersonal, communication and organization skills Must have good oral and written communication skills Major Responsibility Areas Monitoring of aircraft and spare engines operating leases, finance leases, and other forms of aircraft financing. Ensure accuracy and on time settlement of payments and maintenance of transaction records Monitoring of contracts, loans and lease agreements to ensure compliance with representations and warranties, and financial covenants in coordination with Accounting and Legal Departments Preparing (and assists relevant departments for) due diligence requirements. Prepare company presentations for credit due diligence purposes and PAL management. Providing regular updates to creditors and lessors on the company''s financial position and performance. Respond to queries from various stakeholders Implementing and closing aircraft financing deals (taking delivery of aircraft) in coordination with other relevant departments within PAL (i.e. Legal, QA, TOD, Network Planning, etc.) Evaluating proposals/financing offers from various financial institutions to determine their applicability to PAL
