Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Supervisor at The Henry Hotel Boracay. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in employee relations and performance management Knowledge of HR policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources or related field
