Functional Project Manager

<p>LINQM is looking to identify a Manager of our Projects and Business Systems.&nbsp;We need someone that has experience with expanding Zuora throughout the company. We also would like someone with experience with Salesforce. The role will start locally remote, but will be located in Central SD when we get clearance to return to the office.</p> <p>The person:</p> <ul> <li>Business Systems and Project Management experience within a SaaS environment</li> <li>Past experience working a complex flat organization</li> <li>Salesforce admin experience</li> <li>Experience with Agile PM</li> <li>Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization</li> <li>Prior experience implementing or configuring Zuora</li> <li>Prior experience implementing Netsuite</li> <li>Experience architecting and implementing integrations across multiple systems</li> <li>Experience regularly presenting challenges and recommending solutions to executive leadership</li> </ul> <p>Day to Day:</p> <ul> <li>Help define the strategy for configuring Zuora&nbsp;</li> <li>Program manage the configuration and implementation of Zuora requirements by establishing a clear roadmap, quickly removing roadblocks through senior leadership, and ensuring that deadlines are hit</li> <li>Lead the delivery of complex enterprise systems programs with planning, including schedule, risk, and resource analysis and recommendations on prioritization and pacing of projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage a team of administrators and technically oriented team members to ensure that the right projects are prioritized and work is completed in the most efficient manner possible</li> <li>Report on key project and program milestones, risks, issues, and variances and manage overall changes in timeline, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders, ensuring the use of a defined change control process</li> <li>The right candidate will combine customer focus, empathy, and world-class program management skills.</li> </ul>
