<p><strong>SilverStone Talent</strong>&nbsp;is looking for a few Independent Recruiters who love the challenge of winning a client, filling jobs, and making money!<br /> <br /> We are an agency that values the effort and skill that recruiters bring to the table. To show this,&nbsp;<strong>we pay very competitive commission&nbsp;and&nbsp;never cap earning potential</strong>. Also,&nbsp;your account remains yours! We do not phase you out of your earning potential.<br /> <br /> We would like you to have a book of business that you can get started with billing on immediately (both direct hire and temp). We can place candidates throughout the USA without any issues.&nbsp;<strong>We&#39;ll take care of all of the back office stress that most independent recruiters can&#39;t or won&#39;t take on themselves</strong>.<br /> <br /> <strong>We W2 all temp placements, offer benefits, conduct background checks and pay them weekly! All you need to focus on is making money.</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Billing and placement fees would be split as follows:&nbsp;</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Temp Billing:</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>60% of spread (after tax liability, back office fees, and pay rates)</strong>. This is paid weekly.<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Direct Hire Fee split between agency and recruiter as follows:</strong><br /> <br /> 60% split with SilverStone (if you bring the contract and candidate)<br /> 25% split if you bring just one side of the deal<br /> <br /> <strong>Please apply if you want to be paid what your book of business is worth!</strong><br /> &nbsp;</p>
