Position Overview The Dynamics 365 CE Senior Functional Consultant is responsible for ERP implementation for large and mid-sized companies seeking to transform their business process around Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Project Operations. Main responsibilities Conduct necessary reviews, analysis of the clients supply chain processes and consulting with the client and project team according to ensure the projects success. Provide expertise in one or all D365 CE modules: Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Project Automation Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected. End to End management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget. Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation. Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects. Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management. Skills and experience Must have specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service and D365 Marketing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops Minimum of 5 years consulting experience Excellent presentation and written/oral communication Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements Travel e.g. Some travel required within the US or Canada Location Remote within the United States or Canada Overview of sa.global sa.global is a leading global provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for professional services firms and other project-driven organizations.
