Job Description: Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire an Agency Service Advisor to join our team for a 12-month contract! Accountabilities: Accurately processing all payments received and efficiently process all endorsements, new business, lists, and other data entry functions for agents and external customers within prescribed timelines and to recognized standards. Review policies to ensure that pre-determined payment acceptance guidelines are met prior to posting payments. Accurately process payments and returns received within prescribed timelines. Investigate and correct any discrepancies and ensure payment receipts are processed within prescribed timelines. Resolves any payment discrepancies in order to maintain the companys cash flow and/or investments. Support operational changes while ensuring minimal disruption in payment processing. Ensure adherence to established quality and date control standards. Ensure delivery of all established minimum quality standards (on endorsements, new business and phones). Establish and maintain professional business partnerships with Allstate agents in the region through accepted relationship building practices. Qualifications: Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment (multi-tasking). Collaborative team player. Training will be approximately 3-5 months and the shift is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday shift: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm, Thursday 12pm - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm once training has been completed. Bonus Qualifications: Call center and insurance experience. Agent experience would be a strong asset. Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
