Administrative Research Associate - Hotel/Restaurant Recruitment We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Research Associate to join our recruitment firm, specializing in executive-level positions within the hospitality industry across North America and globally. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research using various platforms to identify and engage potential international candidates possessing the qualifications and expertise required for executive roles. Responsibilities: 1. Research and Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse online platforms, databases, and networking channels to conduct extensive research and identify potential candidates for executive-level positions in the hospitality industry. This involves leveraging job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific resources. 2. Candidate Screening: Perform initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific executive roles. Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate profiles and records within our customized database. 3. Communication and Engagement: Initiate contact and engage with prospective candidates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Effectively communicate job requirements to generate interest and establish a rapport with potential candidates. 4. Writing and Editing: Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment advertisements to attract top-tier hospitality executive candidates. Ensure accuracy and quality by proofreading and editing various documents. 5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and emerging best practices in executive recruitment within the hospitality sector. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to optimize recruitment strategies. 6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases, generating reports, creating client presentations, conducting research, and handling ad hoc tasks as required. Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within recruitment or the hospitality industry. - Excellent research skills, with the ability to effectively navigate online platforms, databases, and professional networks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with executive-level recruitment practices and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills is mandatory.
