Senior Content Writer

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Content Writer for a 6-Month contract with a possibility of extension. Our Client is located in Toronto, ON, but is open to hybrid responsibilities in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Level Security clearance or be eligible for it. The Content Writer will have the following responsibilities: -Consults with business leaders and partners to assess the needs of the frontline roles. Reviews and analyze business results and ongoing feedback. -Leads the process of crafting capability-building plans and content related to the Financial Services products and business delivery. -Develops and creates engaging and compelling solutions and programming related to product knowledge, sales, customer experience and best practices. -Liaises and collaboratively works with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, SMEs and functional experts to implement the Financial Services business vision, goals, needs and translate them into actionable frontline programming and deliverables. -Manages program overviews, roadmaps, project plans and quality checks of learning solutions and activities within the Financial Services portfolio. -Manages the testing process of the programming, learning solutions and activities prior to their release. The Content Writer must meet the following mandatory requirements: -Post-Secondary Degree / Certificate or equivalent -Strong knowledge in content creation and learning and development process. -Strong writing and storyteller skills. -Knowledge of the Financial Industry is an asset. -Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs. -Excellent team building and leadership skills and experience. -Sound organizational, analytical, judgment and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem solving. -Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships. -Professional certification in the Change Management and/or the Training and Development discipline would be an asset.
