Position Summary In this dynamic Healthcare Recruiter role, you will wear multiple hats including having complete responsibility of the end-to-end full cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles nationally. This portfolio will encompass a heavy focus on recruiting for clinical healthcare roles (Physicians, Psychologists, Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers, etc), as well as for various corporate roles. This includes sourcing talent, leading deep headhunting in the job markets, generating and leveraging multiple sourcing channels, phone screening/interviewing candidates, generating and negotiating offers, and also holistically ensuring that our candidates have an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also work closely with the team to ensure all of our new hires are smoothly credentialed and onboarded, while being the super user & co-owner on our HR & TA systems especially in regard to system maintenance & execution, training of systems to stakeholders, and overall continuous improvement. You will be responsible to strategically generate and leverage multiple sourcing avenues while building up talent pipelines, to ensure that we are continually attracting top talent in the market for current & future talent needs. As the SME in TA and as a strategic, inquisitive partner to the business, you will be responsible to collaboratively drive change forward, and proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering strong working relationships with the many various stakeholders in a dynamic, matrix environment. Your strong sense of versatility and stakeholder management will be imperative in the success of this role. You will also closely collaborate with the TA Manager and key business stakeholders to execute forward thinking Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure optimal alignment with our business priorities, growth, and strategic goals; including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, job board optimization, EVP & candidate experience, TA reporting & data, talent pipeline management and partnership opportunities with campus recruitment/physician organizations/associations. Alongside the TA Manager, you will be a key partner in developing and executing our continued TA strategies geared towards a heavy focus on optimal Quality, Culture, and Scale. Role and Responsibilities Identify, source and engage candidates from a variety of clinical and corporate fields through creative and innovative sourcing approaches Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts) Facilitate the hiring process, including but not limited to: negotiate and generate compensation packages, produce job offer letters, conduct background, reference verifications, as well as credentialing verifications for clinical roles and supporting onboarding and administrative duties Strategically generating, identifying and leveraging multiple sourcing avenues to ensure that we are continually attracting top talent in the market; Deep participation in the development and execution of our continued TA strategies, including but not limited to driving SME insights on the specific TA strategies by line of business and by province; while leading matrix stakeholder conversations and driving change forward in regards to continuous improvement Create a robust talent pipeline (focused on clinical healthcare roles) and manage our partnership opportunities with campus recruitment/physician organizations/associations; while hosting job fairs in person & virtually Continue to grow a far-
