Community is looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative family! Please include your PDF portfolio and/or link to your website application. The Senior Designer reports directly into the Executive Creative Director or his/her designate and is a key point of contact for client(s). In this role, the Designer will develop, design, and implement concepts across multiple creative disciplines. You are a curious and creative brand-thinking designer who brings creativity and strategic thinking to everything you do and understand that brand expression and experiences transcend across all touch points. Youre a problem solver, a collaborator, a clear and driven communicator who understands that language is a powerful component to visual expression, and you use both those tools to effectively communicate ideas to an audience. You thrive on zeroing in on exactly what the problem is, and you are equally enthusiastic about arriving at a well thought out, compelling and impeccably designed solution. Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to : Partners with creative team members to develop concepts while balancing strategic development with client business Demonstrates outstanding aesthetic sensibilities and solid understanding of storytelling, layout, typography and design principles. Responsible for project management and design from initial concept through completion. Establishes directions and design solutions; ensure implementation of directions from concept through production. Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals, etc. seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality and always relevant to the client or agency ask. Understands and effectively communicate and implement creative concepts, the client''s creative, and our business philosophy across all touch points. Builds and maintains relationships with the account team, clients, partner agencies, photographers, production companies and other vendors. Adapts to changes in format, media, design and advertising strategies Designs across a variety of project types including digital/traditional/trans-media advertising, and interactive design with an emphasis on branding and identity design Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant client and agency requirements Provides mentoring and guidance junior & intermediate team members Work on multiple projects simultaneously Experience, skills, and requirements: Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role Must have thorough understanding of and be well versed in technical and production skills including Adobe Suite. Understand and effectively communicate and implement creative concepts, the clients creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities Outstanding aesthetic sensibilities and solid understanding of storytelling, layout, typography and design principles Maintain and evolve our brand culture Has an uncompromising attention to detail Why work at Community?
