Our clients need flexible data structures and a streamlined data architecture that quickly turns data resources into informative, meaningful intelligence. *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* Roles & Responsibilities: Our company is seeking an experienced Senior MDM Engineer with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the sales team and delivery teams, to identify and understand client needs and provide customized solutions. They will have strong technical knowledge of MDM/PIM and be able to shape client conversations and demonstrate the value of our MDM/PIM offerings. The candidate should have some exposure to business development and have participated in RFP/RFI''s activities Act as a subject matter expert on MDM/PIM technologies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Lead project scoping, estimation, and planning activities, ensuring that deliverables are clearly defined and well-understood. Lead client presentations and workshops to demonstrate our MDM/PIM solutions and capabilities. Act as a technical advisor to clients and provide guidance on MDM/PIM best practices and industry standards. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs that meet customer needs and expectations. Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and requirements and propose customized solutions. Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to promote our expertise in MDM solutions and establish thought leadership. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with MDM packages such as Informatica, STIBO, Reltio, Semarchy, Riversand, TIBCO, Salsify or similar tools. Knowledge of any Customer Data Platforms (CDP) tools is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in solution engineering, with at least 8+ years in MDM/PIM. Strong understanding of MDM/PIM technologies, including data modeling, data integration, Data Quality and Data governance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead technical presentations and workshops to executive-level audiences. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time. This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
