Internally, our focus is on our employees&#39; professional and technical development and we believe mentorship is essential to success.&nbsp;</p> <p>We seek the services of&nbsp;a Senior IO&amp;M Systems Administrator&nbsp;to install, operate, and maintain administrative support for classified and unclassified networks.</p> <p>Provide IO&amp;M, monitoring, and administrative support to the classified (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET)) and unclassified (Non- classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET)); and up to three additional networks (e.g. CENTCOM Partner Network-X (CPN-X), Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES)) networks permanently installed at Patton Hall and USARCENT occupied facilities on Shaw Air Force Base</p> <p>JOB FUNCTIONS / DUTIES (Includes, but is not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Daily maintenance and operations support of all managed systems, Regional Cyber Center - Southwest Asia (RCC-SWA) remote administered servers, and local servers supporting USARCENT personnel.&nbsp; <ul> <li>Note: The number of physical and virtual servers will fluctuate with emerging requirements. Support coverage is anticipated to grow. The physical and virtual servers must remain in Information Assurance (IA) compliance and comply with enterprise requirements. Network operating system installation and configuration, patch management, health monitoring, backups and restoration, Antivirus updates and migrations and non-compliance reporting is required</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide administrative documentation and logical diagramming support for the command&#39;s virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) on both SIPRNET and NIPRNET.</li> <li>Maintain configuration according to DISA STIGS (Security Technical Implementation Guide) and report non-compliance.</li> <li>Monitor, implement and report compliance with Regional Cyber Center - Southwest Asia (RCC-SWA) and vendor-released security patches and software hotfixes on servers and workstations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor, implement, and report compliance of Active Directory GPOs (Group Policy Objects)</li> <li>Maintain Storage Area Network (SAN) servers for both the SIPRNET and NIPRNET.</li> <li>Maintain all associated networked systems hardware and software to include, but not limited to, servers, load balancers, routers; switches, security devices, and tape backup devices.</li> <li>Perform back-ups and archiving of command servers identified in the Workload documentation, as well as manage storage, cataloging and rotation of back-up media for off-site storage.</li> <li>Establish and conduct network and server monitoring program with approved software and/or hardware on the approved products list to align with RCC-SWA Network Operations (NETOPS) capabilities that provides analysis of network equipment and bandwidth utilization of NIPRNET, SIPRNET. The monitoring programs shall provide situational awareness on USARCENT G6 assets.</li> <li>Review and evaluate potential security risks and take appropriate corrective and recovery action if a risk or data compromise is identified while ensuring network devices are maintained according to the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and the network is in compliance.</li> <li>Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and approved IA security tools to push patches to network servers and workstations for Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Bulletins (IAVBs), and Information Assurance Technical Tips (IATTs) reported by the Army Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) program by compliance date using DOD approved tools.</li> </ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>BS or BA in an IT related field&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in System Administration</li> <li>Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI</li> <li>IAT-II (IAW DOD 8570.01M &amp; BBP 05- PR-M- 0002) - CCNA Security, CSA+, GIC SP, G SEC, Security+ CE,&nbsp;or SSCP</li> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation Certification</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
