<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Facility management <ul> <li>Run the offices. Manage the cleaning and maintenance crew.</li> <li>Liaise with landlords and building management.</li> <li>Lead searches for new facilities as Zippin grows</li> <li>Negotiate with vendors, technicians, etc</li> <li>Ordering supplies, food &amp; beverages, etc</li> </ul> </li> <li>HR Benefits administration <ul> <li>Manage the employee perks programs</li> <li>Assist with compliance activities</li> <li>New employee onboarding</li> </ul> </li> <li>Travel and Events <ul> <li>Assist with travel bookings for employees and interview candidates</li> <li>Schedule customer demos on behalf of sales &amp; marketing</li> <li>Coordinate and organize internal events and parties</li> <li>Coordinate hosted events</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br /> Requirements: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in people operations</li> <li>Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills</li> <li>Strong inter-personal skills</li> <li>Being analytical and data-driven</li> <li>Experience with HR systems and project management software</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Being pro-active with a passion for efficiency</li> </ul>
