<p>The Lease Administrative Assistant provides Administrative support to the Lease and payment process. This support includes lease data entry, filing, invoicing processing and travel needs of Airport Affairs through excellent working relationships.<br /> <br /> <strong>Work Activities/Context:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works under broad supervision. May be assigned moderately complex projects.</li> <li>Supports Department lease and payment function which includes data entry into Tririga database, document tracking; lease filing for both soft, hard copies and archives.</li> <li>Supports invoice processing team for timely payments.</li> <li>Assists with statement reconciliation with airports.</li> <li>Assists Department with organization and administrative tasks, such as coordinating travel.</li> </ul> <strong>Education:</strong> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li> </ul> <strong>Work Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum two years of experience in administrative support and /or accounts payable and processing required.</li> <li>Experience supporting Teams in an administrative capacity with high regard for Hospitality and Customer Service preferred.</li> </ul> <strong>Skills/Abilities/Knowledge/Work Style:</strong> <ul> <li>Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.</li> <li>Must be comfortable communicating and working directly with internal and external customers with a high regard for hospitality.</li> <li>Must seek to clarify details and have a high sense of urgency.</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, such as, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. (assessment may be required)</li> <li>Able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand office procedures.</li> <li>Must be able to perform mathematical computations.</li> <li>Must have ability to handle and resolve office administration tasks.</li> <li>Must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information.</li> <li>Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and face to face.</li> <li>Must be a self-starter.</li> </ul>
