<p>Real Estate company in SW Orlando has an immediate need for a part-time administrative assistant due to employee being out on FMLA. Successful candidate will have some knowledge/experience with property and casualty insurance.<br /> <br /> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining a summary of insurance policies, coordinating the annual renewals and maintaining files and records</li> <li>Assist with new insurance quotes as needed</li> <li>Assist with job postings, recruiting, onboarding and orientation of new hires</li> <li>Maintain time off records</li> <li>Assist with answering phones, re-directing calls and taking messages</li> <li>Assist with the organization of employee events and meetings</li> <li>Assist with other human resources and office administrative needs</li> <li>All other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <strong>Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>3-5 years&rsquo; previous office experience</li> <li>Experience with insurance policies preferred</li> <li>Some college preferred</li> <li>Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook required</li> <li>Must be detail oriented and extremely organized</li> <li>Must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors and the public</li> <li>Must have excellent communication skills</li> <li>Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with common sense</li> <li>Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English</li> </ul>
