Recruiter Position This opportunity requires a highly motivated Recruiter with excellent customer service skills who can work collaboratively in a Team Environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience in recruiting. Excellent time management skills, ability to understand complex job descriptions and source candidates for high level positions with a heavy focus on the skilled trades. Bilingual is a PLUS! Responsibilities: ? Full recruiting life cycle including but not limited to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various skilled trades roles; review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates ? Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers Inform candidates fully about the job and company ? Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews ? Verify references, Conduct background checks, Facilitate pre-employment testing ? Manage all communication with candidates; provide regular updates and feedback to managers ?
