<p>Seeking applicants for CNC lathe machine operator</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years CNC Lathe Machine Operator experience</li> <li>Read and interpret blueprints and drawings</li> <li>Perform complete inspections with minimal supervision</li> <li>Use of, calibration, and proper maintenance of equipment</li> <li>Set up and operate a variety of machines applying knowledge of mechanics and shop mathematics</li> <li>Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining procedures</li> <li>Self-starter, detail oriented, logical, reliable and loyal</li> <li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed (written or oral) instructions</li> <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the capability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations</li> <li>Typical machine shop environment.
