<p>Digital/Web Platform Manager who is results-oriented and knowledgeable in the&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;(Drupal) product stack?to&nbsp;Related&rsquo;s&nbsp;Information Technology department.?We are seeking a highly motivated Digital/Web Platform Manager to help build and maintain&nbsp;Related&rsquo;s&nbsp;next generation customer experience solutions with focus on web and mobile sites, content delivery and other digital technology.&nbsp;</p> <p>The?Digital/Web Platform Manager?is responsible for ensuring the on-going success of the company and affiliates&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;(Acquia&nbsp;Cloud,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Site Factory,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Edge, GitHub repository,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Library / Module Catalog) websites and other related online assets. The role encompasses website management, coding, and overall website strategy. The person in this position manages day-to-day, mid-, and long-term website projects while designing and delivering solutions, and works with cross-functional team members and agency partners.&nbsp;TheDigital/Web Platform Manager?also monitors and analyzes data to optimize digital communications and develop new capabilities and features.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Digital/Web Platform Manager will oversee and manage the design and development of web-related projects through the complete&nbsp;life-cycle&nbsp;including scoping, planning, design, development, implementation, post-implementation analysis, and close.??The role will interface and collaborate with the respective marketing leaders within Related and affiliates on key digital projects and initiatives. In addition, the Digital Web Platform Manager will develop and document standards, web modules and perform code reviews to ensure that agencies and team members are following standards, documenting projects and checking code into the code repository.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this position you will perform technical design review and oversee projects implementation from start to finish. Technical knowledge includes hands on experience with Drupal and .NET (SharePoint) platforms, web analytics solutions, search platforms, performance, and development toolsets. You will work closely with business partners to ensure any proposed solutions follow industry best practices.?&nbsp;</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage onshore, offshore, contract, and partner personnel&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Budget for resource allocation, tooling, and 3rd-party services&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with product team to define&nbsp;teams&nbsp;roadmap&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with client, creative and technology teams to guide and document the architecture, flow and user experience of digital solutions across multiple channels.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of cloud technologies and concepts, PaaS, SaaS, and AWS&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects in parallel and to deliver on plan&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Agile software development approach&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure appropriate communication of project status, deliverables, and features between disciplines within the project and to departments external to the development.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in daily standup meetings and provide support to other developers to troubleshoot.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate and participate in specification reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance best practices ensuring user experience integrity.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Help clarify the vision for a digital experience (web, mobile, social) by creating conceptual models that represent the strategic direction(s) for the user interface design.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize web projects, set expectations, and understand requirements&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage DNS for digital platforms&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure ongoing compliance with industry web standards, including browser compatibility and WCAG ADA-recommended accessibility&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understanding of&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;product stack (Drupal 8,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Cloud,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Site Factory,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Lift,&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;DAM, and&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;Edge)&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of Multi-site versus Multi-Docroots&nbsp;within&nbsp;Acquia&nbsp;product stack&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Extensive web expertise, including strong familiarity with the front end and at least some familiarity with the back end, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Drupal&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Be able to create and use Drupal modules&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strict adherence to Drupal coding standards and conventions&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Integra
