<p>Ideal candidate will be an <strong>experienced Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> and will be responsible for overseeing the Health &amp; Wellness Department and the care of our residents. This includes health assessment and services planning for all the community residents, as well as the coordination for residents&rsquo; health needs from the health care community and vendors. This position manages a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, empathy, compassion, and the ability to promote a healthy lifestyle for all will be instrumental. Ideal candidates will be a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> with prior progressive management experience and two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Assisted Living preferred. A background in senior health management is recommended and <strong>a current nursing license is required</strong>.
