<p><strong>Ready Mix Truck Driver / Class B</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About our Company:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Founded in 1954, JDM Materials Co. is the premiere family-owned and operated Ready Mix Supply Co. in Pennsylvania.&nbsp; With 10 active plants, no other concrete company has the ability to offer you the growth opportunities in your driving career that we are able to offer.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the <strong>SAFE</strong>, timely and accurate delivery of concrete to our customers.</p> <p><strong>Basic Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement (A Plus)</li> <li>Must be able to take instruction from: Management, Customers and the Dispatch Office.</li> <li>Must be able to read, write and speak English.</li> <li>Being able to speak and understand Spanish is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of the local delivery area and landmarks is a must.</li> <li>Excellent Defensive driving skills</li> <li>Operate and maneuver the truck on an off road under sometimes difficult conditions &amp; perform tasks in a safe manner.</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds several times per day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong><em>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening to be considered</em></strong></li> <li>Must have Clean Driving Record</li> <li>Commercial Class B Driver&rsquo;s License &amp; Tanker Endorsement (Preferred)</li> <li>We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and strong customer service skills</li> <li>We are willing to train <strong>(with pay)</strong> the proper individual with the proper attitude.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Immediate full pay hourly rate <strong>AND</strong> Load Bonus for experienced drivers</li> <li>Ability to earn up to an extra 9 days&rsquo; pay through our Bonus Program</li> <li>401K with company match</li> <li>Company paid uniforms</li> <li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Vacations</li> </ul>
