You will be conducting pre-screening activities to filter in-bound candidacies and contact passive candidates. Moreover, you will have to maintain a complete database of candidates or update their details in the ATS developed by Workland. Your daily activities will include: Understanding ongoing hiring needs of our clients and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles; Reaching out to target talent via social networks; Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & maintain engagement; Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience at all touch points; Doing regular follow-ups with the candidates and clients; Maintain information within the ATS (applicant tracking system); Providing assistance in report preparation and other administrative tasks.
