YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

As a recruiter, you will play a large role in supporting and providing the full-cycle of recruitment services. You will be conducting pre-screening activities to filter in-bound candidacies and contact passive candidates. Moreover, you will have to maintain a complete database of candidates or update their details in the ATS developed by Workland.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Understanding ongoing hiring needs of our clients and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles;
  • Reaching out to target talent via social networks;
  • Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & maintain engagement;
  • Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience at all touch points;
  • Doing regular follow-ups with the candidates and clients;
  • Maintain information within the ATS (applicant tracking system);
  • Providing assistance in report preparation and other administrative tasks.
