Locally Mabey has a branch network throughout Australia and New Zealand specializing in ground-works equipment hire, supported by an elite standard of engineering. Our branch in Hallam, due to internal promotion requires the services of a Sales Co-ordinator. Ideally you will live close to the Hallam branch location and we also have a few other requirements: Requirements and Experience Honesty Great work ethic Eager to learn A great telephone manner Ability to handle a "multitask" environment and work unsupervised Basic to intermediate computer skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a focus on attention to detail An LF forklift ticket is (Mandatory) HR Licence (Advantageous but not essential) Must be able to complete yard hand duties including manual orientated tasks Able to work safely and have a good positive attitude to OHS A good attitude, reliable and committed Current Drivers Licenseand reliable transport Experience not necessary as full training will be provided. The focus of the role will beto be an active participant in the yard and office, crossing between the two areas ensuring that preparation/servicing of equipment prior to or during hire is in accordance with manufacturer andOHS requirements. In conjunction with this you will also be trained in- Assist in maintaining effective stock control of assets; General maintenance of the yard; Repair and maintainequipment to a workable and safe condition; Inspect assets and ensure that maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner; Answering customer calls Processing orders The Mabey Hire Group arean equal opportunity employer.
