Job Summary Leading Hand Plumber required for a established yet quickly growing company. Project scales are varied from residential construction as well as renovations and maintenance. Reporting to the director, you will be leading plumbing projects with director supervision ensuring quality results for existing and new clients. You will be involved with project coordination, budgeting and meeting time frames established with the director and builder. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Minimum 6 years experience in both residential construction (Those with only maintenance experience need not apply). Ambitious, well presented, able to communicate and handle builders and customers expectations Ability to project manage alongside director and utilize available resources for project success Experience working within Project budgets and able to foresee upcoming requirements Confident communicator and able to manage paperb works, raise quotes and involve when required Sound knowledge of regulations, with the ability to supervise and train junior staff Must have attention to detail, high standards of workmanship in particular fit offs. Plumbing license preferred but not essential.
