Working closely with both clients direct and media agencies to be consultative and proactive the BDM role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and results driven professional to join an innovative, supportive and fast paced environment.This is a hunter position focused mainly on new business as well as mainting existing relationships with some of the biggest Tech providers in the region.
Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new leads and opportunities to maintain a continuing pipeline of current and future prospects in order to meet Rombii''s customer and growth strategies.
  • Management of an effective prospect pipeline showing new prospects coming on monthly. Prospects must be progressed through the sales stages in a knowledgeable and professional manner - including timely activity reporting.
  • Actively pursue representation and involvement in industry forums and events to assist in the development of legitimate business relationships which may lead to new prospects.
  • Proactively identify and target quality prospects which will benefit from the range of Rombii''s products and allow optimum cross-sell/up-sell opportunity.
  • Manage the execution of all sales proposals in line with Rombii''s sales process.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations with key prospect to achieve growth targets.
What do you need to have?
  • We are looking for professionals who are passionate about what they do, as we are passionate about what we do.
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience as well as a solid understanding of digital media however it is not essential, we at Rombii employ our talent based on personality and cultural fit as well as experience.
  • Demonstrate an excellent track record in sales and a high level of energy that you channel into building your pipeline, nurturing your clients and closing sales.
  • Existing relationships with clients and agencies will also be favored, especially in the technology space.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs as well as the ability to follow structure and process.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence dealing with, presenting to and mainting relationships with senior level executive
  • Creativity and ability to take initiative, think outside the box and collaborate with the entire team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients
