We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commis Chef/Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. Candidates will be passionate about what they do and be able to demonstrate experience working in a high volume and fast-paced kitchen. Working harmoniously within a close brigade to produce consistent and high-quality meals. Ability to show your skills by helping with specials and menu items whilst always maintaining a high food and safety standard. Innovative ideas and a passion for food is a must, while also being able to work independently and sometimes unsupervised with ease. Skills, Experience and Availability Able to Display an experience level of a commis chef/Chef de Partie Competency in all areas of the kitchen including Health and Safety 12 months in a similar role Ability to work in Australia Ability to work independently Able to Prepare and present food in a consistent and timely manner High Volume experience a necessity Must be available nights and weekends If you are looking for a change and think is you please forward your resume through.
