Responsibilities: NW Design Data centre, LAN, WAN, MPLS, Voice Solutions development and Proposals for new and existing NW service Perform physical network device installation, de-commissioning and removal through SRG engaged 3rd party service providers wherever required Perform networkmanagement and maintenance tasks for the in-scope network devicesthrough existing tools Perform network configuration backups. Address hardware, software maintenance activities and break-fixes through client engaged 3rd party Work with respective OEMs to resolve Incidents or Problems with the Data Centre Network Services that may disrupt SRGs business Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager on any aligned services that are currently delivered to SRG Extensive experience in installing troubleshooting issues with CISCO and HP Routers / Switched Monitor LAN/WAN/VOIP networks and troubleshoot issues within the SLA Handle escalations for client critical issues Support as a VOIP Specialist on Cisco Converged Communication Collaboration products Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously each with critical deadlines. Experience with Cisco TAC / ISE / Call Manager / ARC console CISCO Wireless Routers Develop and maintain support documentation including support guides, knowledge base articles, procedures, and online customer information. Flexibility to work non-business hours and weekends as may be required Qualifications: Graduate in IT or Engineering discipline 10 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting medium to large NW Infrastructure CCNP, CCNA Certification Flexible and willing to work 24x7 as and when required
