Our company is growing FAST! Having tripled in size over the last 12 months, we are at an incredibly exciting point in our business. As a result, the company is constantly seeking new talent to help support its expanding operations and accommodate its increased demand for tutoring. We are looking for a new client services coordinator to join our team and grow with us to the next level.

About the Role
As a client services coordinator, you will be working directly with both new and existing families to ensure that they have an excellent experience with Endeavour.

The exciting role involves:

  • Qualifying new leads and explaining
  • Endeavours services to new clients, as per our sales process
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Accurate and timely implementation of client strategies
  • Organising appointments with students and tutors and updating parents about how tutoring is progressing.
  • Actively work to provide Endeavour with feedback about how our processes and techniques can be improved
  • Location: Sydney, St Leonards
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
The Successful Applicant will be able to Demonstrate:
  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service in customer success and/or account management
  • History of working in a team environment with cross-functional peers
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and the ability to propose resolutions
  • Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with clients in an approachable, professional and confident manner
  • Be able to work autonomously but be collaborative in your approach
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively.

High regarded, but not essential:

  • Previous experience in education (primary or high school teaching, another education company)
  • Previous sales and/or online marketing experience
