A fantastic career opportunity is now available within the eCommerce / Retail team in the position ofRetail eCommerce Assistant.The position will be based at Manchester Factory in Marrickville Sydney.Who we are We are an omni-channel retail business that sells Manchester and Bedding products. We have been operating in our Marrickville retail location for 8 years and have had significant growth online in the past 3 years. We stock a large range of known brands and also our own ranges in bedding products. We strive to offer our customer base high quality products that are an affordable price. The Role This is a casual opportunity working casual hours between 10am 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. The position is for 2 - 3 days work a week. You will be working closely with the small knit team to run the retail store and manage the online daily ecommerce operations. Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: - Point of sale in store - In store customer service. Assisting customers with purchasing and product information - Restocking floor stock from the warehouse - Maintaining the store cleanliness - Checking incoming purchase orders and pricing - Picking and packing online ecommerce orders from our website and ebay stores. - Online customer service. Replying to customer queries and order queries via the email system.
