Carmichael is looking for a recent graduate in Building Engineering technology/Mechanical engineering to join our Saint John's, Newfoundland team and grow their sales career.

  • Key tasks: 

    • Promote Carmichael and Sell Preventative Maintenance contracts
    • Service and Repair quoting and follow up
    • Manage Projects - Day to day
    • Develop Qualified Prospects
    • Identify Building Optimization in current accounts (Controls & Energy)
    • Maintain Opportunity Funnel
    • Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering Technology or similar required
  • You have at least 0-3 years’ Selling HVAC Maintenance or similar.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter
  • Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to get people excited and produce sales results.
