Mandatory:
Should have experience in embedded software system testing (verification and validation)
Good knowledge on requirement analysis, test estimation, testing, test design, test case, test development processes and related tools.
Ability to develop black box tests. Working knowledge with test tools is a big advantage.
Experience in test simulation techniques (like sensors) interfacing with hardware

HP Loadrunner, JMETER, any other performance tool.
Expertise in programming languages like VB script, Java Script, Perl script, shells scripting
Experience in HTTP/HTML, Web Services, RDP, Citrix Protocol, Tru client Protocol and Java Scripting
