As an Onsite Adviser your main responsibilities will involve: • Dealing with all aspects of account administration • Liaising with Credit Control to assist in resolving issues such as outstanding debt and late payments • Supplying monthly electronic billing reports • Interest in mobile devices, with some knowledge of the features and benefits of popular models What we will be looking for in you: You’ll need to show us confidence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. • Establishing relationships with a number of key decision makers, both internally and externally • Offering end users expert advice on devices and tariffs As an Onsite Adviser your skills and qualifications will ideally include: • Excellent typing skills and systems knowledge
