The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-starter, who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for processing the Utility bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls accurately and on time, serving as the backup processor of the Corporation and Pension payrolls, testing solutions for defects and enhancements to the SAP Payroll system, managing the rewards disbursement process, supporting project initiatives, provide support to the Payroll Service Center, and performing other duties as assigned by the Payroll Department leadership team. Responsibilities Process off-cycle payrolls Manage rewards disbursement process Perform testing/validation of solutions to SAP defects Support and participate in payroll projects Develop ad-hoc reports in SAP and analyze payroll data Develop and maintain process documentation and test scripts Provide Outstanding Customer Service Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll and/or accounting Minimum of two years experience in processing payroll or similar business critical process in a large company
