IT Support Analyst needs 2+ years of work experience IT Support Analyst requires: Windows workstation administration Powershell scripting experience Familiar with vulnerability scanning tools Customer service IT Security skills Documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Troubleshooting and problem analysis Written and verbal communication skills IT Support Analyst duties: Responding to technical queries and issues Resolve problems in a timely manner Provide technical recommendations. Ensure the end point devices comply with standards on all appropriate patches and updates. Research vulnerabilities and determine impact on the computing environment Work with other Data Center Infrastructure teams to address critical tasks Problem resolution and technology request fulfillment Review and maintain proper software inventory technical documentation Update install scripts and review logic for automated processes Maintains Appropriate Procedure Documentation. Performs all other duties as assigned by Management. Work directly with end users and supervisor to resolve specific problems identified. Discretion required in processing and communication of private information. Determine the root cause of problems through analysis and problem-solving activities.
