Remote US Based Sales Development Representative (Contractor)

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Development Representative to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling leads, developing relationships with prospects, and communicating with clients via email, chat, and phone. You will be working remotely with the American B2B market and must be able to make multiple phone calls a day.

Responsibilities:

Analyze clients' needs and provide solutions
Close deals with US clients
Increase client retention by resolving issues
Establish strong positive client relations to build repeated business and promoters contributing quality referrals

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in direct sales, inbound and outbound, B2B
English as a mother tongue – American English preferred
Ability to work in US time zones
Work independently from home
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under stress and pressure
Reliable, organized, highly motivated, and confident
Bachelor/College Degree of any Business Course or any related field
