In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Neenah, WI. Work schedule is assigned after training. Day shifts and Rotating shifts are a possibility. Must be open to working either.
Rotating Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts-days/nights 5:45AM -5:55PM (plus an extra $.75 per hour, and additional $.60 night shift differential). One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period.
Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, with a 30-minute paid relief period included.
No forced overtime or on-call work!

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical Apprenticeship program, or an Associate’s Degree or greater in a Mechanical field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience, OR equivalent Military Education/Training, OR 7 years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills.
Possess basic machine shop, welding and fabricating skills.
Ability to read blue prints and related technical literature as required. Fabricate parts from blue prints and sketches.
Proficiencies in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high speed rotating equipment and safe execution of rigging and large equipment transportation.
Understanding of predictive, preventative maintenance concepts and commitment to continuing education.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication, leadership, self-motivation, problem solving, decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a willingness and commitment to work as part of a collaborative team.
