Tax Prep and Reviewers

Our client is seeking accountants to prepare and/or review tax returns during their busy season (February through April).

Prepare/Review income tax returns for our clients.Strong organizational skills
Proficient in the use of various software programs required.
The ability to commit to a set schedule/hours per week is highly desired (overtime likely). Day, evening, and weekend hours are available.

All hired individuals will receive training on how to prepare/review returns in our tax software/systems.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related degree
CPA preferred
At least 3 years of experience is preferred
Prior public accounting experience is preferred
Prior income tax preparation, including partnerships, corporations, and individuals is preferredReviewer-level experience is preferred
Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in a technology environment
Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities
Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative
Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide quality client service
Utilize analytical and research abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required).Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrict adherence to professional ethicsAbility to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm
