Job description-
Ally Bank is looking for a BI Developer/Architect for a Power BI
platform that
spans multiple LOBs in Capital Markets and Treasury. The candidate must be
highly motivated, have a positive outlook, and be a team player.



Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related
discipline or equivalent work experience
Overall, 8+ years of experience in Reporting and analytics space.
4+ years of experience developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and
dashboards using Power BI desktop. Connecting data sources, importing data,
and transforming data for Business intelligence.
Experience in dealing with Power BI application-level security. Capable of
implementing row-level & object-level security in Power BI. Should have the
edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set. Should be able
to develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with data
warehouse standards.
Expert in formatting and visual representation.
Should be proficient in writing complex SQL queries. Good knowledge of
snowflake(Cloud)
Strong analyzing capabilities with an ability to fine-tune report/SQL query
performance
Must have broad expertise in Data Warehouse and BI technologies
