We are proud to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Branch Manager with HireQuest Direct of Las Vegas!
We offer high earning potential through our base salary plus Monthly Bonus compensation. The bonus potential is unlimited! 100k, or more, a year, is normal for a branch manager.

Base pay starting at $40,000/+yr
Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring branch operations success and promoting the highest level of service and professionalism to all clients in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. They will assist in the completion of branch operations including but not limited to morning dispatch, client support, evening payouts, and recruiting temporary workers. They may also be accountable for executing sales strategies to drive performance and increase profitability by making reactivation calls, prospecting calls, arrival calls, and collection calls.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage all branch operations;
• Drive revenue growth by implementing daily sales and marketing strategies;
• Supervise and direct your team’s workflow and assignments; manage encourage and empower your team for success
• Build relationships and provide effective and timely solutions to clients through exceptional customer service;
• Ensure quality recruitment and placement to our clients;
• Conduct job site evaluations for safety;
• Participate in networking, community organizations, and events;
• Meet sales quotas through selling activities including face-to-face cold calling, professional presentations, telephone communication, and written correspondence;
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage Profit and Loss of the branch;
• Manage and grow existing accounts;
• Dispatch temporary workers to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site location;
• Manage carpool and carpool drivers;
• Assist applicants with employment process, help process payroll. Ensure timely payout;
• Staffing and coordinating jobs/events;
• Conduct employee safety reviews and jobsite accident reports;
• Risk and accident management;
• Manage inventory needs;
• Participate in team building exercises
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous customer service, operations, B2B sales, and/or leadership experience in a professional environment;
• Ability to work a varied schedule with extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• Valid driver license
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally, and proof of auto insurance required;
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with computers with many computer applications, land line phone and cell phone
