Note - SAP HANA Data Modeler & Architect with BO skills
In this role, you will:
? Work closely with the team?s technical product architects, product
owners and business
customers to understand the reporting and analytic needs, Experience in
evaluating multiple
solutions, carryout cost benefit analysis and recommend technical solutions
to meet them.
? Promote and accelerate self-service reporting capability with SAP
functional teams to
understand the functional information required to deliver reports/analytics.
Build Data model
? (Hana views) to help business with self-service and adhoc reports
? Provide technical input and oversight, as needed in related
technologies: data integrations, Data
? Modeling, HANA sidecar, SAP security models.
? Provide hands-on experience with business PoCs that can scale into
pilots across business units.
? Partner with existing product architect to serve as the technical
owners and point of contacts for
the overall system architecture, including building architecture of data
models, reports and
applications.
? Continuously evaluate current system capabilities, create/update
standards to ensure optimal
system performance; seek opportunities to optimize the SAP
reporting/analytics platform for
space utilization, query optimization, SLT optimization.
? Manage the platform roadmap to ensure continued platform
performance & stability. Drives
design and implementation of the roadmap.
? Contribute technical expertise to the Reporting Analytics strategy,
including creation of
conceptual and logical data models ensuring that uniformly recognized and
accepted data
definitions are developed and applied throughout the Solution Architecture.
? Knowledge of SAP HANA, data structures, BOBJ or WEBI
? Collaborate with BASIS, Security and Infrastructure teams, as
needed, to achieve Reporting
? Analytic priorities.
? Establish standards for development, security and deployments
? Develop communication, training and change management deliverables
required to increase
adoption.
? Design and develop complex analytics in multiple languages.
Developing reusable code libraries
that can be deployed in adjacent algorithms.
? Understand concepts of ETL, and the tools that support & Have hands
on experience in any of
the ETL tools
? Ability to decipher the need for real time data vs batch data loads
? Knowledge data reporting/analytics solution available in the market
and hands on experience in
any of the solutions
? Working knowledge and familiarity with cloud concepts and services
available in major hyper
scalars will be most preferred
? Awareness of data warehousing concepts and the solutions supporting
data warehouses on
premise as well as hyperscalars (AWS, Azure) is a requirement

? Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
from accredited university or
college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates
degree with
minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with
minimum of 9
years of professional experience
? Minimum 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Data and
Analytics
