Job Description Largely involved in internal administrative and finance processes across commercial teams Work closely across functions to handle requests between departments and ensure all standard operating procedures are not compromised Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) General office management such as ordering stationary Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers Job Requirements Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Pay details will be discussed during interview. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
